The Real Reason You Feel Alone

You don’t feel alone because you are alone. You feel alone because you aren’t at peace with yourself.

You feel alone because you don’t love yourself.


You experience loneliness because you've been taught that you're incomplete without another person. You don't, as you are sufficient in yourself.


You feel alone because you’re comparing yourself to others. You don’t have to.

You feel alone because you have yet to realize there is a greater purpose for your life.
You feel alone because all you’re thinking about is YOURSELF.

Think about it: If your mission was to do good for others, to serve others, to love others, and give your best to everyone you encounter, there is no loneliness there.

Loneliness can only exist when your thoughts are 100% focused on yourself and what YOU DON’T HAVE.

You feel alone because you’re not living the life you want to live. You’re not living as YOU. When you live a truly authentic life… the right people will show up.


If you are following the life you want to live, digging deep into your purpose… you will be so lit up with passion, there won’t be room for empty feelings of darkness.

  Dr. Wayne Dyer , once said: “You can not be lonely if you like the person you are alone with”

Spend more time alone and learn to love it. Learn to love it because you love the person you are becoming. Because every day you are focused on your purpose. Your mission in life.

Every day you are chasing your dreams and living with passion in your soul.

Practicing daily GRATITUDE for what you do have… the people you do have in your life… and the PERSON YOU ARE ALREADY… will replace those feelings of loneliness with feelings of fullness.

So, if you feel alone, know that it is not other people you need. It is you who needs to grow.

Know it and commit to the work that is required to get to that place.

Commit to the reading, the daily gratitude, the learning from the best teachers, the inner work, the meditation... all of it.

Grow yourself and the right people will show up.

Bangassou - Bullet-riddled roofs line the "boulevard of death" in Central African Republic's southeastern town of Bangassou, where almost everyone who enters is seen as an enemy. The city, spared sectarian bloodshed until May, now has more than 2 000 Muslim residents forced to take refuge at the local cathedral after attacks by the mostly Christian anti-Balaka militia. More than 300 people have been killed and 100 000 displaced since May as violence that began in 2013 moves into the impoverished country's central and southeastern regions, prompting warnings of a national conflict roaring back to life. In Bangassou alone, more than 150 people have died in fighting between militias and UN peacekeeping forces. "We were driven out by force. We have lost our parents, our homes and all of our belongings," said Djamal Haddine Mahamat-Salle, secretary-general of the organization representing the town's displaced Muslim...

ANAMBRA ELECTION : police to deploy 28,000 police/military men to Anambra

The Commissioner of Police in Anambra State, Garba Umar, says it will deploy 28,000 of its personnel to Anambra state's governorship election scheduled for November 18. Mr. Umar said this at a meeting in Awka, the state capital, on Tuesday of heads of security formations in the state and representatives of the 37 political parties fielding candidates for the election. He said that 400 vehicles,100 flying boats consisting of 60 from the police and 40 from the Navy would be deployed for use by security operatives in riverine and upland communities. He said that the police and other security organisations would not spare anybody found wanting during and after the election.
