5 WAYS TO OPEN YOURSELF UP TO LOVE AGAIN

If you try these 5 effective ways, I guarantee that love will come back again to your heart.

1. LET GO OF FEAR

The way to let go of fear is to recognize and embrace it.

When you confront fear and
acknowledge it for what it is, you can have
an honest conversation with it.

Ultimately, a partner is a mirror and guide to help you complete the journey to your truest self.

2. QUIT TRYING TO BE DIFFERENT

You may prevent pain if you keep your heart and emotions to yourself, but you'll also miss out on happiness and joy. Be your most truthful self.

Being authentic in public can only make
you more beautiful than hiding behind a
 mask of someone you're not.
Just preferring honesty above attempting to appear respectable.

3. RENDER EXPECTATIONS VOID.

We've become accustomed to anticipating many outcomes.
The secret to a good relationship is to simply let go of conditions and expectations.
You'll soon experience the wonder of possibility.

4. GIVE UP RESISTANCE.

Be willing to open your heart even though falling in love can be incredibly difficult and tragic.
Be willing to interact with new individuals and show vulnerability.

Only if you make it your purpose for love to return will love blossom.

5. DISCARD COMPARISONS.

Making comparisons between your relationship and others isn't particularly helpful.
Begin to discover how to change your internal resentment into gratitude.

Finally, Fear no more. Recognize that We Are All Broken and That You Are Not Alone. Forgive Those Who Have Hurt You and see yourself finding love in yourself and others.

What is your thought about this?

The wreckage of the plane that vanished with the footballer Emiliano Sala on board has been found within hours of a search starting in the sea off the Channel Islands. A search boat hired privately by Sala’s Argentinian family – thanks partly to a crowdfunding appeal – located the wreckage on Sunday morning. The crew passed the details of the location on to government investigators, who used a remotely operated underwater vehicle (ROV) to examine the spot. There was no immediate official confirmation of what was found but the shipwreck specialist leading the private investigation, David Mearns, said the plane had been discovered. No information about whether any bodies were in the plane was given. Two seat covers from the aircraft washed up last week on the coast of France. UK Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB) will probably make a statement on Monday. The Piper Malibu N264DB carrying 28-year-old Sala and the pilot, David Ibbotson, 59, disappeared over the Chann...
