5 WAYS TO OPEN YOURSELF UP TO LOVE AGAIN

If you try these 5 effective ways, I guarantee that love will come back again to your heart.

1. LET GO OF FEAR

The way to let go of fear is to recognize and embrace it.

When you confront fear and
acknowledge it for what it is, you can have
an honest conversation with it.

Ultimately, a partner is a mirror and guide to help you complete the journey to your truest self.

2. QUIT TRYING TO BE DIFFERENT

You may prevent pain if you keep your heart and emotions to yourself, but you'll also miss out on happiness and joy. Be your most truthful self.

Being authentic in public can only make
you more beautiful than hiding behind a
 mask of someone you're not.
Just preferring honesty above attempting to appear respectable.

3. RENDER EXPECTATIONS VOID.

We've become accustomed to anticipating many outcomes.
The secret to a good relationship is to simply let go of conditions and expectations.
You'll soon experience the wonder of possibility.

4. GIVE UP RESISTANCE.

Be willing to open your heart even though falling in love can be incredibly difficult and tragic.
Be willing to interact with new individuals and show vulnerability.

Only if you make it your purpose for love to return will love blossom.

5. DISCARD COMPARISONS.

Making comparisons between your relationship and others isn't particularly helpful.
Begin to discover how to change your internal resentment into gratitude.

Finally, Fear no more. Recognize that We Are All Broken and That You Are Not Alone. Forgive Those Who Have Hurt You and see yourself finding love in yourself and others.

What is your thought about this?

Why are more people right-handed?

Why are more people right-handed? M.K. Holder is an affiliated scientist in the Center for the Integrative Study of Animal Behavior at Indiana University. She replies: In the 160 years in which "handedness" has been studied we have learned quite a lot, but we still cannot precisely describe what causes humans preferentially to use one hand over the other, or why human populations are biased toward right-hand use rather than left-hand use. Scientists disagree over what percentage of human populations are "right-handed" or "left-handed" because there is no standard, empirical definition for measuring "handedness"; our criteria vary, and are based on various theoretical explanations because we are still trying to understand the mechanisms involved. But I can describe in general terms what we do know. Most humans (say 70 percent to 95 percent) are right-handed, a minority (say 5 percent to 30 percent) are left-handed, and an indeterminate number...

To address the security challenges in Ogun State and its environs, the Nigerian Army said on Sunday that it had concluded plans to launch a new security initiative code-named “Operation Crocodile Smile.” The Brigade Commander of the 35 Artillery Brigade, Alamala, Abeokuta, Basil Adoke, disclosed this in Abeokuta at a reception organised by the state government as part of activities to mark Nigeria’s 57th independence anniversary. Adoke, who said that the initiative would commence ” in the next couple of days” across the state and its environs, is targeted at miscreants. “We are going to start Operation Crocodile Smile in Ogun and it involves series of actions to step up the tempo targeted at miscreants,” Adoke said. The commander, who allayed fears over the initiative, called on residents to be calm, stressing that some miscreants had been identified and would be flushed out.
