Is motivation only possible through fear?

Fear? Why not Faith?

Fear and motivation loadedechuks.blogspot.com

Fear is a negative feeling brought on by the possibility of danger, discomfort, or harm.

Faith is believing unseen, when belief is there you can visualize the possibility.

Perhaps fear is the very last thing that motivates people.

Motivating is more about energizing and

prompting people to do something for their betterment.

Real Reason You Feel Alone

Athletes are frequently inspired by their

trainers and coaches to perform at their

peak, students are frequently inspired by

their tutors and parents to excel even

further, than before, lovers are frequently

inspired by one another to be more

 devoted to their relationships, and

employees are frequently inspired by their

 superiors to meet higher standards.

While fear just intimidates, on the other

 hand.

The use of fear as a weapon to

subdue people. A parent who uses a whip

to scare their kids will lose their affection.

A lover who dominates their partner

forfeits both their friendship and their

affection. The crucial lesson of imparting

information and transferring the torch to

the next generation is lost by tutors who

abuse their control over their students.

Moving to Canada can result in culture shock.

Fear is completely ineffective as a motivator; instead, it only saps victims' effort.

FOUR Common Mistakes Nigerian (Upcoming) Rappers Make

Anybody can be a rapper, is it not about chanting lyrics to flow rhythmically on beat? What stands you out in the rap game is the quality of your contents, your lyrics and how well you can deliver. When I listen to some upcoming artistes’ rap songs, I smile and shake my head, hell no! this is not what rap is, but how do you tell Nigerian budding rappers they are not good to go to the public with such rap songs without them feeling turned down? They see the review as abhorrence, instead of picking up your points and fine-tune their contents. They also come up with “but, this is a street rap song” excuse, yes it is a street rap song, however, street is also concerned about your deliveries if not (fully) concerned about your contents, so far you flow well and deliver, the streets will definitely embrace you. When a rap song is good, you won’t stress much on promoting such song, the quality of the song backed up with your little efforts will work out the magical promotions. At this point,...
