Is motivation only possible through fear?

Fear? Why not Faith?

Fear and motivation loadedechuks.blogspot.com

Fear is a negative feeling brought on by the possibility of danger, discomfort, or harm.

Faith is believing unseen, when belief is there you can visualize the possibility.

Perhaps fear is the very last thing that motivates people.

Motivating is more about energizing and

prompting people to do something for their betterment.

Real Reason You Feel Alone

Athletes are frequently inspired by their

trainers and coaches to perform at their

peak, students are frequently inspired by

their tutors and parents to excel even

further, than before, lovers are frequently

inspired by one another to be more

 devoted to their relationships, and

employees are frequently inspired by their

 superiors to meet higher standards.

While fear just intimidates, on the other

 hand.

The use of fear as a weapon to

subdue people. A parent who uses a whip

to scare their kids will lose their affection.

A lover who dominates their partner

forfeits both their friendship and their

affection. The crucial lesson of imparting

information and transferring the torch to

the next generation is lost by tutors who

abuse their control over their students.

Moving to Canada can result in culture shock.

Fear is completely ineffective as a motivator; instead, it only saps victims' effort.

Ethiopia applauded for its progressive refugee integration law

The Ethopia parliament has adopted revisions to its existing refugee law, making it one of the most progressive refugee policies in Africa. The revised framework strives for refugee integration, allowing refugees to obtain work permits, access primary education, obtain drivers’ licenses, national financial services such as banking among others. Low and middle income countries like Ethiopia host 85% of the global refugee population. Refugee compacts or ‘jobs compacts’ or Economic Opportunities Programs are agreements between donors and governments that host refugees to mitigate the expenses for their already struggling economies. These grants, concessional loans and other incentives are used to stimulate economic development and enable host countries to provide basic services to refugees and local populations. As the second-largest refugee-hosting country in Africa, Ethiopia is currently the host of over 900,000 refugees mainly from neighbouring South Sudan...

Worst advice people still gives

Be yourself. This rather popular advice has damaged the quality of my life for a long time until I realized that it doesn’t work and is rather abstract Everyone, left and right, romanticizes this “ be yourself”  idea. But, tell me, how can you give a 13-year old teenager the advice “ be yourself” ? Half the world doesn’t know themselves, and you expect teenagers to “ be themselves ”? I was “ myself ” for some time. I jumped around cold people, I joked with serious people and then I realized human relationships don’t work that way. Many people will not understand you. With those kinds of people, you don’t be yourself. You follow social skills, unless you want to be hated by 99% of the world. You  can’t  be yourself with people who don’t understand humor. You just  can’t  tell everyone about ideas which they will abhor. Not everyone is you and you can’t be you with everyone. Unless, of course, if you don’t mind being hated by almost everyone you...
