SELF CONTROL : THE HIGHEST SELF CONTROL YOU WILL TRY TODAY THAT WILL HELP YOU

Self control
SELF CONTROL : Choosing to do what is right when I feel like doing what is wrong.

1. Your crush is active now in facebook Messenger. She is being shown to green circle. But you don't send her a message.

2. You have deactivated all of your social media accounts but regularly feel the urge to reactivate your account again for a few minutes. But you are determined to keep away from social websites for years/months or quit social media. (I'm not saying it's wrong to be on social media but try to limit it.)

3. Avoid pornography and all sorts of erotic videos.

4. You finally quit smoking. But your mind gives you a signal for nicotine. But you keep your promise that you will not touch a cigarette again.

5.  When You have plenty of options to date but you focus on your studies instead of dating to avoid any potential distractions. ( Dating is not a bad idea but I guess it's better for students to concentrate more in studies)

6. Stop playing smartphone game Clash of Clans, Pokemon Go and Clash Royale. (it's good to play game in your free time but remember no time is free)

7. Find 1 million dollars on the street and return it to the actual owner.

8. Keeping yourself away from watching random youtube videos for hours and hours.

9. It's a cold and frosty morning. You are running in the cold weather instead of sleeping while everybody is sleeping under the blanket.

If you learn self-control, you can master anything.

Nigerian economy: A hole in my budget

Staring at the prospect of a recession for the first time in almost 30 years, Nigeria’s government is struggling to fund its budget, which it hoped would stimulate an economy that is reeling from the impact of low oil prices. A funding shortfall has kickstarted a debate about the future of key state assets. President Muhammadu Buhari has tabled a budget of N6.06 trillion (R260bn) for the 2016 fiscal year. The budget is partially funded by income from oil sales which have suffered since the beginning of the year following the return of attacks on oil facilities in the Niger Delta . Petroleum minister Emmanuel Ibe Kachikwu says half of government’s expected income has been lost as a result of the disruption to oil production. To get around the problem (at least in the short term), it has looked for alternative ways to raise funds. And in a surprise announcement, it says it will consider selling government assets such as oil and gas plants, refineries, airports, rail lines and...
