Senator spends new year day eating with prisoners

Controversial Senator representing Adamawa north in the senate, Elisha Abbo spent 2020 New Year’s Day with inmates of the Nigerian Correctional Service in Yola, Adamawa. The senator, while sharing food with hundreds of inmates, condemned the fact that awaiting trial inmates had to wait for so long in prison for trial as a result of slow judicial process. Ethiopia applauded for its progressive refugee integration law

I was “ myself ” for some time. I jumped around cold people, I joked with serious people and then I realized human relationships don’t work that way. Many people will not understand you. You just  can’t  tell everyone about ideas which they will abhor. Not everyone is you and you can’t be you with everyone. Unless, of course, if you don’t mind being hated by almost everyone you...
